The two reasons why I am writing another post in English:

I like using the font “Handlee” in Microsoft Word. And I just really wanted to use the word “deviation” in my post.

Another dumb but probably related note: I am going to push “Enter Key” too much just to let you read easier. I was trying to read something at zoomgi.ir but due to super long paragraphs I postponed it. Probably I am never going to read that post.

I was doing just fine for a few days. For one or two weeks, every day I done at least two tasks (habits) and tried to avoid doing something really not cool.

One day deviation can be repaired. You took a little detour from the schedule but you get back to your route quickly. But doing or not doing as your schedule is the new schedule.

Atomic Habits by James Clear (quoted loyal to concept, treacherous to words)

I’m an old, superstitious Arab, and I believe in our proverbs. There’s one that says, ‘Everything that happens once can never happen again. But everything that happens twice will surely happen a third time.’

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

Fortunately, I remembered these sentences and didn’t let the deviation last more than two days. I started home work-out today. And did not do the not-cool-habit for the third time in the row.

NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU FAIL TO PERFORM AS YOUR PLANS/SCHEDULES, DON’T GIVE UP. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF FOR THE 1000TH TIME.

It was cool writing a whole sentence in UPPERCASE. Good lord, using deviation felt awesome.
